Randy Herring's Skin Art originally opened in 1992. Randy Herring was a pillar and a major part of tattooing's rich history. He tragically passed away in February 2024. Randy's first apprentice, Chris Stuart (owner of Made To Last in Charlotte), and his son-in-law, Justin Parker, have partnered to reopen Randy Herring's Skin Art as a living museum and tattoo shop, honoring Randy's legacy.
